Terms and Conditions

Order Acceptance
All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the site's terms and conditions of trading. No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted by ALDL. All orders all also subject to acceptance by us and we reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason at any time.
 

Prices and Payment
Prices are subject to variation from time to time. The price quoted at the time of the acceptance of your order will be the price charged. Please note we are unable to process transactions using virtual cards for any order online. If a payment is made that incurs an additional charge for the transaction either by the method of payment i.e. Bank Transfer or in currency exchange rates we reserve the right to request payment of those fees before the order is dispatched.
 

Shipping & Damages
All goods are to be inspected on delivery and any damages or shortage in quantity reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order. If the parcel packaging or goods show any sign of defect or damage you should endorse the carrier's consignment note accordingly.

We reserve the right not to ship your order directly to the requested address and may ask you to make your own collection arrangements with a 3rd party courier if deemed necessary. Please refer to our shipping and returns sections for regional variations on shipping prices and if your delivery will be eligible for free delivery.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Northern Ireland and the parties hereto hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Northern Ireland. None of these terms and conditions affect your Statutory Rights.
 

Bespoke Order Returns
Items that are made to order or Bespoke are nonreturnable - these include but are limited to items such as slatwall panels and shelving.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Alan Lewis Displays Limited T/A Equipashop, 16 Prince Regent Road, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT5 6QR of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement using our digital form.

Upon completion of this form you will receive a copy of the request to withdraw to the email address entered in the form. This request will be followed up by our team and we will follow our returns policy guidelines thereafter.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
 

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You must return the goods with a completed return form which will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the withdrawal request. 

You may return the items at your own expense using a courier of your choice or alternatively we can arrange a return on your behalf but we will charge any and all subsequent costs involved in arranging the return imposed by the 3rd party courier. These charges will be outlined to you and agreed upon by email before we arrange the return collection. These charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
