As orders are shipped from Northern Ireland, no additional fees or duties are applied other than VAT unless you provide a valid VAT number. This must be set up with the revenue service for cross-border trade. This will automatically deduct the VAT at the point of sale. During registration of your account in the checkout process simply select that you have a VAT number and enter it into the field provided and this reduction will apply to your account.

Please note: for some rural parts of Cork, Donegal, Kerry, Mayo, and Galway may take 2-3 days longer, please contact us for more information.

Oversize surcharge
For products that measure over 2.2 meters or have 2 sides larger than 90 cm, there is a surcharge of €18.75 (ex VAT) per Order, this will be reflected during the order checkout process if it is applicable. Please also note this charge is in addition to the standard delivery rate if the order is under €187.50 (ex VAT) as per the above rates.

Pallet Delivery Times / Cost

Standard parcel couriers cannot deliver some of our items and therefore must be delivered on a pallet by lorry.

Unfortunately, this will incur an additional cost but only applies to a tiny percentage of our product range such as display cases, wooden counters, Slatwall, etc. This is a one-off charge and it covers your entire order. If triggered it will be displayed during the checkout process.

Please note: Pallet deliveries are to the curbside only.

All timescales provided are estimates and not guaranteed. All Delivery Types Pallet / Parcel are made between 8 am and 8 pm by the couriers on weekdays but this may vary by regional depots.

Important General Information

All deliveries regardless of type or location must be signed for and inspected at the time of delivery.

No Guarantees for specific instructions I.E. 'please call before' can be made and we do pass such requests to each courier.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.

The cut-off for delivery is 1 pm each weekday for parcels and 10 am for pallet deliveries.

Please be aware that if you order any bespoke or customised items such as shelving, Slatwall, and any other items described as made to order (bespoke) in the product description, these items can have an additional lead time of 3-5 days on top of the delivery time scales indicated above. This will not be reflected automatically in the delivery timescale provided by the website or order confirmation email.
