Returns Policy

Items purchased on Equipashop (.ie, .com, via telephone or purchased in-store) can be returned within 14 working days from receipt of the item for exchange or refund.

Procedure
The following conditions must be met to enable you to return any items purchased (Please note: that any items that are made to order - Bespoke can not be returned):

1. Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.

2. Goods must be in original packaging

3. Goods must be in original condition

4. Goods must be accompanied by a completed Equipashop Returns Form which you can download using the button below this section.

5. Goods must be returned to the following address:
Equipashop (Returns),16 Prince Regent Road, Belfast, Co.Antrim, BT5 6QR

6. If you elect to return the items by a courier of your choice please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from them.

If you are unable to meet the above conditions for the return we may not be able to accept the request.

If we accept the return request, upon their receipt they will be inspected. If it is found that the items are returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition (damaged, scratched, missing parts, packaging missing), we will reduce the value of the refund in line with the deterioration of the value of the goods. This reduction will occur if you return the goods via your courier service or use our return service outlined later on this page.

Opening Hours

Our opening times are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding bank holidays and business holiday closures.

Equipashop endeavours to answer all email queries within 24 working hours. Any requests received during weekend or holiday closures will be promptly replied to upon our return.

Arrange a Collection

If you would rather we arrange a return on your behalf, we can do this for you.

This service is available at various cost points and is subject to change based on the type of parcel delivery method (Pallet or Courier),item size (Oversized Parcels) and the location of the item (Northern Ireland, UK Mainland - including England, Scotland and Wales and the Republic of Ireland).

Below is an estimate of the cost. However, please be aware this may vary as a quotation for the return will need to be sought from the service provider. Once obtained, we will agree on a final price with you before the collection occurs and this will be deducted from the value of the goods upon receipt and inspection of the return.

Northern Ireland

Please also note: For products that measure over 2.2 meters or have 2 sides larger than 90 cm, there is an additional surcharge of £15 / €18.75* (*per parcel ex VAT) in addition to the prices stated above.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch (except "made to order" or bespoke items)

Please note: most orders are dispatched on the same day so please contact us on 0044 289079 9990 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If it’s already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy as stated above.
