This reinforced 6ft Black Rail offers a heavy-duty and attractive display that can be used on your shop floor, your warehouse, stock room as well as for commercial or domestic use. The hard-wearing black finish design provides a display that doesn't distract from your clothing, whilst its strong frame provides a rugged, back-of-house practical solution. 

The rail comes flat-packed in seven pieces that are simply slotted together. This black clothes rack is the same design are the standard heavy-duty rails but comes with a reinforced crossbar on the wheel arch, to give the rail more strength. This sturdy rail supports up to 150Kg UDL (Uniform Distributed Load).

Included in the box are 4 Castor wheels that make this rail fully portable to be moved around your store.  The castor wheels are also detachable which means that you can use the rail even without them for a steady option. 

If you want greater ease of movement consider adding the 75mm, 3" castors linked above. The greater tread will allow for easier movement and even flexibility for outdoor use.  Product reference: 08-132-009 (if this set is ordered they will replace the 2" set as they are not interchangeable) 

Rail assembling instructions (see above picture) :

1.Insert uprights (A) into legs (B) locating with the spring clip.
2.For 5ft and 6ft rails only join the two halves of the bottom rail (C) and (D) together, locating with spring clip.
3.Insert bottom rail into underside of legs (B) locating with spring clips.
4.Fit top rail (E) onto uprights (A).
5.Locate bar (F) between legs and secure with screws and key provided.

* Standard parcel couriers cannot deliver some of our items and therefore must be delivered on a pallet by lorry. This is a one-off charge and it covers your entire order. If triggered it will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • • All deliveries regardless of type or location must be signed for and inspected at the time of delivery.
  • • No Guarantees for specific instructions I.E. 'please call before' can be made and we do pass such requests to each courier.
  • • Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.
  • • The cut-off for parcel delivery is 1 pm each weekday for parcels and 10 am for pallet deliveries.
  • • All timescales provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • • All Delivery Types Pallet / Parcel are made between 8 am and 8 pm by the couriers on weekdays but this may vary by regional depots.

Please be aware that if you order any bespoke or customised items such as shelving, Slatwall, and any other items described as made to order (bespoke) in the product description, these items can have an additional lead time of 3-5 days on top of the delivery time scales indicated above.

This will not be reflected automatically in the delivery timescale provided by the website or order confirmation email.
