Returns Policy

Equipashop has a Money Back Guarantee so that goods can be returned within 14 working days of receipt for exchange or refund.  We offer the same guarantee whether a customer is in the high street shop or the online shop. 

 The following conditions must be met:

1.     Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt. 

2.     Goods must be in original packaging

3.     Goods must be in original condition

4.     Goods must be accompanied by a completed Equipashop Returns Form  

5.     Return to :

6.     Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office or courier

Please contact us if you would like us to arrange a collection for your return. This service is available at €9.88 (ex VAT) per parcel and for a pallet collection, this is available at €86.25 (ex VAT) per pallet, from mainland Ireland. The prices indicated may be subject to change until an exact quotation can be sought from the courier service and we will agree this price with you before arranging the collection on your behalf. 

Please note for oversized items there is an additional charge. 

Cancellation  Policy

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch (bar "made to order" items)

Please note: most orders are dispatched on the same day so please contact us on 048 9079 9990 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If it’s already been dispatched,  please follow our returns policy as stated above.
